You must be able to meet your technical architecture support responsibilities to join the platform.

How to get technical architecture support 

When you onboard, we’ll look at your architecture and talk to you about any changes you need to make before you join the platform. We'll also make recommendations about using our other services, if they suit your needs. For example, our shared networking service.

Once you're a customer, you can ask for support and changes through our service desk. 

How much is technical architecture support 

The price is included in your overall platform cost.
